The breakfast was tasty and the room was cozy, perfect for our Christmas escape to the Black Forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed to find things to do nearby. The location was great, right in the middle of town and close to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary train and bus passes that allowed us to explore the surrounding area.
Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. There were several areas that looked like they hadn't been properly dusted in some time and the bathroom had a bit of a smell.

During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the property. the comfortably-appointed rooms had modern amenities, such as a rain shower, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. the location was convenient, as it was close to local attractions and public transportation. One of the best aspects was that a delicious breakfast was served every morning, providing a perfect start to our day.
One of the negative aspects was that there were limited vegetarian options for meals, and the dishes tended to be quite salty. Another issue was that some local businesses closed early, which made it difficult to find dining options outside of the hotel.
